  • 1¾ cups flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup apple butter
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Boil apple cider in a saucepan until reduced to 1/4 cup; set aside to cool.
  2. In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices together.

  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients until just mixed.
