  • 1 cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • Spices: cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the shortbread crust by mixing softened butter and sugar until fluffy; combine flour and cinnamon, then mix into the butter mixture.
