  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, sliced
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce and cornstarch until smooth. Add beef broth, honey, hoisin sauce, and other seasonings; set aside.
  2. Boil water in a pot and cook ramen for 2–3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; cook seasoned steak for about 5 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add oil and broccoli with water; steam for about 2 minutes until bright green.
  5. Return steak to the skillet along with cooked noodles; pour in the sauce and stir to combine everything.
  6. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until heated through; serve immediately.
