  • 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries (for custard filling)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for crumb topping)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (for crumb topping)
  • 1/2 cup flour (for crumb topping)
  • 1/4 cup butter (for crumb topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. For the crust, mix flour, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, and milk until combined. Press into a pie dish.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, and salt for the custard filling. Stir in beaten eggs and sour cream until smooth. Fold in blueberries gently.
  4. Pour the blueberry mixture into the prepared crust.
  5. For the crumb topping, combine sugars and flour; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the pie.
  6. Bake for about 55 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool before serving.
