  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) water
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup (210 g), honey (226 g), or 1 cup granulated sugar (200 g)
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
