  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 small flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté diced onion and minced garlic until softened. Add shredded chicken and spices; mix well.
  3. In another pan, melt butter and whisk in flour to create a roux. Gradually add chicken broth while whisking until smooth. Stir in sour cream and green chilies; heat gently.
