  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts into thin strips and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with buttermilk, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each chicken strip in flour, dip in buttermilk, then roll in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken strips until golden brown (5–7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
  5. Cook bacon until crispy and crumble.
  6. Assemble each tortilla by spreading ranch dressing and layering lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, chicken strips, and bacon.
  7. Roll tightly to secure fillings inside and slice in half.
