  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  2. Drain excess water and mash ingredients until mostly smooth.
  3. Combine the mashed mixture with breadcrumbs, parsley, spices, and mix until it holds together.
  4. Shape into patties and let rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Fry in heated oil until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Assemble sandwiches by adding patties to bread rolls or pita along with desired toppings.
