  • 3 packages Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb kielbasa (sliced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a 4-6 quart crockpot, mix together 3 cups of chicken broth, frozen pierogies, sliced kielbasa, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, warm the remaining cup of chicken broth with cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Stir the cream cheese mixture into the crockpot and add the remaining cheddar cheese on top. Cook on low for another 30 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions if desired.
