  2. Add warm water, diced rosemary, and garlic. Stir until combined.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let rise in a warm place for about an hour until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough and shape into a round loaf.
  6. Transfer to parchment paper, cover again with a towel, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat your Dutch oven to 450°F (230°C), then bake the bread for 30 minutes covered, followed by an additional 10 minutes uncovered until golden brown.
  8. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
