  • ½ teaspoon Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Gluten-free All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ½ Yellow Onion (chopped)
  • 4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1 Large Carrot (cut into chunks)
  • 2 Yukon Gold Potatoes (diced)
  • 2 Cups Beef Broth
  • ¼ Cup Tomato Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • Fresh Thyme Leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. Season the beef with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
  3. In a Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the beef in batches.
  4. Sauté onions, garlic, and carrots until lightly browned.
