  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (for the dough)
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast (or active dry yeast)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes (or kosher salt)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chopped oregano

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Drizzle olive oil into a 9" x 13" baking pan.
  2. Mix Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, olive oil, salt, flour, and yeast. Beat at high speed for about 60 seconds until well mixed.
  3. Rise: Transfer the dough into the prepared pan. Cover and let rise for approximately 60 minutes at room temperature while preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Poke: Once risen, poke dimples in the dough with your fingers.
  5. Toppings: Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt flakes, minced garlic, rosemary, and oregano.
  6. Bake: Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
