  • 1 large head of garlic
  • small bunch fresh sage
  • 2/3 cup olive oil (or preferred vegetable oil)
  • 1 large egg (separated)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  4. Add mashed garlic to the stock and simmer for another 10 minutes.
