Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the butter until fluffy; gradually add sugar and mix until pale. Add eggs one at a time.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Alternate adding dry ingredients and heavy cream to the butter mixture, ending with flour. Stir in vanilla and strawberries.
