  • 1 cup pastina pasta
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  2. Cook base: In a large pot, combine chopped vegetables, broth, and Parmesan rind. Bring to a boil over high heat.
