  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
