½ cup butter
1 egg
4 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 cups sour cream
½ cup white sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and baking powder. Cut in butter until crumbly, then mix in the egg to form dough. Press into a greased springform pan.
