  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining sugar; stir in milk until just combined.
  4. Pour melted butter into an 8-inch baking dish. Spoon blackberry mixture over butter and pour batter on top without stirring.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbling around the edges.
