  • 1 (16 oz) package refrigerated cookie dough
  • 12 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
  • Optional: Vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions; set aside.
  3. Divide cookie dough into 12 balls; press each into the bottom of muffin cups.
  4. Place one Reese's peanut butter cup upside down on top of each cookie dough ball.
  5. Pour brownie batter over peanut butter cups until muffin wells are about 90% full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until edges are firm; cool slightly before removing from the pan.
