  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree

  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
