  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
