  • 4 ounces diced green chilies (undrained)
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 14.5 ounces chicken broth
  • 1 ounce dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2-3 cups)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and drain the black beans.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, green chilies, and chicken broth.
  3. Sprinkle in ranch seasoning, cumin, chili powder, and diced onion; stir well.
  4. Place chicken breasts on top of the mixture without stirring.
