  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅔ cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for dough)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for whipped cream)
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions
