  • 10 oz vanilla flavored melting wafers
  • Red & green sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by lining a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush sugar cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed cookies and softened cream cheese; mix well.
  4. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place on the prepared cookie sheet.
  5. Freeze truffle balls for about 10 minutes.
  6. Melt the vanilla melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl according to package instructions.
  7. Dip each truffle into the melted coating using a plastic fork; tap off excess before placing back on the cookie sheet.
  8. Chill again for 5 minutes, then drizzle remaining melted wafers over truffles and sprinkle with festive toppings.
