  • 1 lb zucchini, sliced

  • 4 oz all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup pecorino romano cheese
  • Olive oil, garlic, onion, and spices

  2. In a skillet, fry potato slices until golden brown; set aside.
