4 fresh barramundi fish fillets

2 tablespoons olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill), chopped

Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the barramundi fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fillets are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
