Ingredients

6 medium baking potatoes
Olive oil
30g butter or margarine
30g flour
400ml milk
2 tbsp tartar sauce
3 basa fillets, cut into small pieces
1 carrot, roughly grated
A handful of frozen peas

Salt and pepper
Extra butter or margarine
2 handfuls of grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Prepare potatoes with oil and salt, and bake.
2. Make a sauce with butter, flour, and milk; incorporate tartar sauce.
3. Combine fish, carrot, and peas into the sauce. Season.
4. Halve potatoes, scoop out the middle, and fill with fish mix.
5. Replace tops, sprinkle with cheese, and bake until golden.
